Space Game

Short 2D space shooter game that I made to learn the basic functionality of Unity and to practice coding in C#. I originally followed the Unity 2D course from GameDev.tv then modified and expanded upon the project. Mainly built as a great learning experience but I hope you enjoy!

Features : 

• A story mode with 10 levels, including bonus and boss levels.
• Upgrade your ship with new attack types, defensive capabilities, and more!
• Select from 3 playable ships with distinct play styles.
• A modifier mode where you can enable crazy modifiers for insane results.
• An endless mode with unique power ups and the goal of getting a high score!

Controls :

• W, A, S, D or Arrow Keys to move
• Space to shoot
• E for alt. fire when unlocked
• Shoot upgrades to obtain them
